Artwork

Upload your artwork at Checkout, use our Design Builder, or email your files. We even provide templates!

Quality Check

We check for spot colors, CMYK artwork, low resolution images, and other details that could make or break your print job.

Proofing

Proof approvals stay with their respective jobs for hands-on QC— what you see is what you get.

Samples

We're happy to provide samples upon pickup or via mail/UPS. Just let us know!

Artwork Guidelines

Please send us print-ready files... But what does "print-ready" mean?

Resolution

250 DPI

We can print whatever you provide, but printing blurry or pixelated art is always a gamble.

Format

PDF

These work best! We'll also take packaged project files with fonts and images included. We accept links from ShareFile, Google Drive, etc.

Colorspace

CMYK

Using RGB, Pantone, Spot, etc. will result in a color shift, so please design in CMYK. We do not color match online orders, but we're happy to handle spot colors, PMS colors, and matching on custom orders.

Bleed

0.125" (1/8") min.

0.25" (1/4") is even better! We don't want to cut your artwork off, and bleed gives our cutter enough room to trim it to size. Please note: any requests to "cut to the edge" may result in a white gap. 

Fonts

Converted or Provided

It's not mandatory, but converting fonts to curves/outlines or providing font files helps us minimize font processing issues.

Product Templates

Take control of your prints from the very beginning. Our templates streamline the ordering process and get your prints on press even faster! Just click the "Templates" tab on any product to download the templates you need. 

On-the-Spot Design Builder

No artwork? No problem. Just click the "Create Custom Design" button on any product to start designing. 

Upload images, add clip art and text, and preview cutting boundaries to create and refine your design. The Design Builder even saves your artwork to use on a future order!
